Most people should have heard by now, that Michael Jackson had passed away. It feels weird that this someone, whom songs I grew up with, is never going to produce another album again. Never to hear of his talk of being "Peter Pan", never to see him protect his adopted children by asking them to wear masks when they are out. True, he is FAR from perfect - apart from singing nice songs, he has tons of court cases under his belt. But we can't pretend that he has not influence any person's life in a good way.
"A person's life is not judged by the number of breaths he take, but the number of moments he experienced that took his breath away." If such was the case, MJ can be counted as living a ripe long life, even if he was gone at a relatively young age of 50. Because of this, I think his passing on is not something to grieve over, rather, I think it's something to be joyous about - cos he has finally made it to his never never land.
I'm getting increasingly nerdy! So if you are a fellow nerd and have a love for textbooks and shopping, do add me on msn: terrorist_gurl88@hotmail.com. :D
