Mankind are filthy hypocrites. Maybe not all of them, but most of them anyway.
Isn't the 07-07-07 concert organised for saving the earth for a climate in crisis? Even as the concert is proceding, large scale deforestation is being carried out, copious amounts of greenhouse gases are released from our automobiles, unnecessary number of plastic bags are still being given out, and the list simply runs on.
Talking about plastic bags, it is maddening to see so many of them lying around after the crowds dispersed when the concert ended. The few hours where they were standing there, weren't they calling for SOS on mother earth's behalf? Few hours after that, they were the ones who live such a big pile of rubbish behind. The irony of it all! =(
So I've come to the conclusion that mankind does not practise what they preach. shame.
