My first ever Japanese lesson yesterday night! It was actually less boring than I've expected, though speaking in a different tongue is never an easy business. Learnt only a few words yesterday.. wonder how long will I take to master the language?? The pronounciation is kind of hard, cos like Chinese, it must be in a correct 'diao' and tone, else it will turn out to be a different word. Must perservere on though and not let my money go to waste!
An 'accident' happened today at my workplace. While I was lifting up the table, so that the patient's daughter can borrow the wheelchair frm me, the table suddenly crashed onto the left side of my head with a loud and dull THUD. God knows whether there will be any after-effects. All I know is that, all the patients turned and looked at me like I'm mad or something. One of them even suggested that I should go and see a doctor to get my head looked at. My poor head... Not wanting to make a further embarrassment of myself, I went abt doing my stuff like nothing happened. But seriously, my head feels a bit weird. Like lopsided or something. Oooops. Will something happen to me???? LEFT side leh... left brain is the logical side right?? damn. will I turn dumb or something? No wonder I keep speaking senselessly after that..... and ever since that accident, I've been nursing a mild headache. seriously feels odd... my head will never feel the same again....?
I'm getting increasingly nerdy! So if you are a fellow nerd and have a love for textbooks and shopping, do add me on msn: terrorist_gurl88@hotmail.com. :D
